The product is activated once mixed with a small amount ofwater. Open and add a nickel-sized amount to your palm and add a few drops of water to make a paste. 

Gently massage it all around the face and carefully around the eyes; adding a little water when necessary until it dissolves. Leave it for 1-5 minutes and then rinse.
